About Us

Thanks for stopping by! I'm Bonna Moon, owner and baker at Full Moon Bakehouse. I'm a part-time baker and part-time artist working in ceramics, wood, and metal. I have been scratch baking for as long as I can remember and have done everything from perfecting my award-winning chocolate chip cookies and chocolate cake to buttery flaky croissants to a wedding cake and everything in between. This microbakery is a long time coming and I'm so thrilled to have you along for the ride in any capacity.

Our Artisan Creations

We operate under Wisconsin's Cottage Bakery law from our home kitchen. Don't let that scare you-everything that comes out of my kitchen is made with love and a careful attention to detail.  I would never sell anything I wouldn't feed to my own family, quality-wise, and we have pretty persnickety taste around here. 


Our signature flour blend consists of organic midwest-grown whole grains we sprout and mill in-house and organic craft all purpose flour for the perfect texture. We are very intentional about the way we source every single ingredient from the salt and yeast to the flour and chocolate and you can bet your booty you're feeding your family the best of the best.
