We currently only offer delivery to Eau Claire and Altoona. We visit family in Menomonie at least once a week, so reach out before placing an order if you'd like to set up a one-off delivery there! 

Our exact proportions are proprietary, but we regularly mill the following grains: 
-Hard Red Wheat Berries (varying varietals)
-Soft Red Wheat Berries (varying varietals) 
-Buckwheat 


And we're always experimenting with others.

Sprouted grains are whole grains that have gone through the process of beginning to sprout into a new plant but are dehydrated and milled right as the baby sprout starts to emerge from the hull. 

 

Sprouting unlocks the natural goodness inside whole grains. When a grain begins to sprout, enzymes break down starches and proteins, making the nutrients more available and the flavor deeper and sweeter. Sprouted grain flours are often easier to digest, lower on the glycemic index, and richer in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants than unsprouted flour.

A Community Supported Bakery (CSB) is similar in function to Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Essentially, you pre-pay for a set of weeks or months of a weekly box of baked goods which you can pick up or pay a little extra to have delivered to your door!
