  • Community Supported Bakery (CSB) shares (weekly or seasonal bread/pastry subscriptions).
  • One-time purchases and special orders through our Hotplate storefront.
  • Newsletters and updates via Flodesk.

 

2. Ordering & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions may be paid upfront for a season or billed automatically (depending on the plan chosen).
  • Pickup and/or delivery details will be provided at checkout.
  • Orders are non-transferable without our consent.

 

3. Cancellations, Skips & Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation of a seasonal CSB box within 24 hours of signing up. We will handle requests on a case by case basis. Once a season has started, refunds are not typically offered.
  • Skipping Weeks: Some subscription plans allow you to skip a week. Please check your account or contact us to arrange.
  • Refunds: Because our products are perishable, all sales are final once prepared. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out — we want to make it right.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and payment information.
  • Pick up your order on time (if applicable). Respect the property you are picking your order up from and do not return to the propetry uninvited at any time. Uncollected items will not be replaced. Unsolisited visits to the property will result in us alerting the authorities. Please note your entire visit will be recorded on our security system.
  • Treat communications from us (pickup reminders, newsletters) respectfully.

 

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Hotplate (and their payment providers, such as Stripe or Square).
  • We do not store your credit card information.
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown.

 

6. Allergies & Food Safety

  • Our baked goods may contain wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, or seeds, including sesame.
  • We cannot guarantee against cross-contamination, even if specific items do not list an allergen.
  • Customers with food allergies should contact us before ordering.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All text, images, and branding on our website and newsletters belong to Full Moon Bakehouse and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
