Nectarine & Plum Blondies

Sprouted flour in a blondie makes for a special experience! Sprouting wakes up the grain and turns some of its starch to sugar, so the flour comes out tasting faintly sweet and nutty before we've added anything to it. In a cookie that's the whole thing. The batter has flavor of its own instead of just carrying the sugar, but then we kick it up a notch by swirling in our house-made nectarine and plum fruit butter right before baking.

Orders for the week must be in by Wednesday at 3pm. We deliver Friday between 4-6pm, unless otherwise stated. Any orders put in after Wednesday afternoon will be delivered the following Friday. Baked goods do not fare well in the elements, so please make sure someone is home to bring your order in!

Order by Wednesday at 3 pm for Friday delivery. Delivering to Eau Claire ($5) and Altoona, Chippewa Falls & Menomonie ($10). Free on orders of $50+.
