What is the Toast Club?+
Our Toast Club is a weekly subscription of staples, delivered in Eau Claire every Tuesday. Pause or skip any time.
Do we deliver to you?

How does billing work?+
Your standing order sets your weekly minimum. You buy 4 credits at a time, and each credit is one Tuesday delivery of at least that standing order (4× your weekly basket total, so it's based on what you actually order, not a flat fee). Skip a week and that credit rolls over (up to 8 weeks). Pause and your billing pauses too. There's no week-to-week "use it or lose it" pressure.
Can I change what's in my basket?+
Yes! Your basket is a standing order, not a contract. Log into your account and edit it before 3:00pm Sunday and the change takes effect for your following delivery. Your next billing amount adjusts to match the new basket.
What if I'm not home during your delivery window? +
Bread doesn't love sitting on a porch. If you know you'll be out, reach out or leave delivery instructions on your account (a cooler by the door works great) or skip that week before the Sunday cutoff and keep the credit.
What happens to credits I don't use? +
They wait for you. You can use a skipped week' credit for up to 8 weeks after skipping.
Am I able to add extras on some weeks? +
Yes. Any week you like, add Toast Club extras from your account before Sunday 3pm. Extras are charged when you confirm them and ride along with that Tuesday's delivery. Your standing order and monthly price stay the same.
Can you work around allergies or dietary restrictions? +
Our kitchen routinely handles all major allergens, including wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, etc). We cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. If you have a severe, life-threatening food allergy, we strongly advise against joining our Toast Club.
