Full Moon Bakehouse (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a cottage bakery operating in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it. We keep things simple. We’re a small bakery, not a tech company.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

• Your delivery address
• Your phone number (for order and delivery text messages)
• Your order history
• Any notes or preferences you share with us

We do not store payment card information on our servers. Any payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers, and we only retain what’s necessary to fulfill your order.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Fulfill and deliver your orders
• Communicate with you about your order or subscription
• Send occasional updates about new products or CSB sign-up windows (only if you’ve opted in)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number, we use it to send order and delivery text messages: things like “your bread is on its way,” a note when your order has been delivered, and an occasional “how was it?” follow-up. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages during a delivery week), and message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

Your phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

We keep your account and order history as long as your account is active. If you’d like your data deleted, just email us and we’ll take care of it.
